Our answer is clear: every enquiry, every file and all content exchanged are subject to confidentiality.
Already at the quote stage, we assure you that all information is used exclusively to assess your project and is not passed on to third parties, not even to other members of your company, unless you have expressly approved this. Your content is protected with us from the very first moment.
Confidential data? How to send it securely
If you would like to send us confidential documents for a quote, we recommend the following:
- compress your files (for example as a ZIP archive)
- encrypt the archive with a password (at least 13 characters)
- send the archive via a secure upload link or via our client platform (we can set this up for you in a few minutes if needed)
- send the password separately by email

If no cooperation follows the quote stage, all files sent are deleted completely or destroyed securely.
